How do I place an order ONLINE?
It's very easy -- and safe -- and recommended -- to order on-line. You simply find the product you want to purchase, click to order, click to confirm -- and you're done. Just follow the simple steps below.
1. Once you have located the product that you wish to purchase, click on the "Add to Cart" button on the product page. You may change the quantity of product being ordered as you add this item to your Shopping Cart. Once an item is added to Your Shopping Cart you may recalculate your order, return to the product pages to shop more, empty your cart, or place your order using the "Check Out" button.
2. When you click on the "Check Out" button from any page on our site, you will be brought to a similar page that reflects the order you are about to submit. After selecting your credit card type and checking the order to make sure that it is complete and all the billing and shipping information is correct, you can click on the "Submit My Order to BlackLight.com" button at the bottom of the page to complete your order.

PURCHASE ORDERS
Purchase orders welcomed from educational institutions and approved corporations. A credit application must be submitted and approved before purchase orders can be accepted. The standard payment term for approved accounts is "Net 10." Please fax your credit line request, along with your company's details and three references, to (847) 665-1074.
Do you accept foreign credit cards?
We are able to accept all foreign and domestic American Express and domestic U.S. issued Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Diners cards with no additional surcharge. For customer protection, we check all credit cards for potential fraud.
Do you accept COD Orders?
COD orders are accepted for business customers only. Customers are responsible for all COD charges which vary from $6.50 to $8.50 per box. We highly discourage the use of COD. Prepayment by Check or Money order is preferred if a credit card is not available.
Can I split the payment methods on my order (e.g. 1/2 check, 1/2 charge)?
We accept only one payment method per order.

 Sales Tax
Do I have to pay sales tax on my order?
We are required by law to collect and remit 7% sales tax for orders shipped within the State of Illinois. We do not collect sales tax for orders billed and shipped to other states (with the exception of some Florida and California orders). Sales tax is non-applicable for those orders. If you are exempt from Illinois sales tax, please fax a copy of your Sales Tax Exempt Certificate to our Credit Department at (866) 441-7538 or in Illinois (847) 665-1074.
